I have two elder missions:

1. To act and speak on behalf of future generations regarding the environment that we will leave for them, by:

•	Adding a new environmentally responsible discipline to my personal commitments every six months (see the Environment Page of this website for my list of current and planned disciplines).

•	Urging people within my circles of impact to do the same.

•	Being an active participant in environmental organizations in my community, state, and nation. (Earth Charter IN, Sierra Club, Hoosier Environmental Council, Environmental Defense)

•	Urging my local community to do more to be environmentally responsible.

•	Communicating my concerns for future generations and the environment to my elected officials

1.	To inspire a powerful network of elders to be a powerful voice for future generations through Reclaiming Our Elders Voice workshops, website, and communications.

Paul Severance
