A Two-Day Sage-ing® Intensive Workshop, Saturday & Sunday, March 28-29, 2009, 9 am – 4 pm. 

at the Benedict Inn Retreat Center, 1402 Southern Avenue, Beech Grove, Indiana 46107

(20 minutes from the Indianapolis airport)

This workshop fulfills the prerequisite requirement for applying for certification training with the Sage-ing Guild and is also open to all individuals who want to walk the journey of a Sage.

From Age-ing To Sage-ing: 

A Profound New Vision For Growing Older

Three Fridays: April 17th - May 1st, 2009; 10:00 am - 12:00 Noon

     For thousands of years, men and women elder sages were society’s wisdom-keepers, and played the special role of ensuring that tribal decisions took into consideration the welfare of future generations. Largely lost in our youth-oriented culture, the powerful voices of elder sages are desperately needed. 

     Based on the work of Zalman Schachter-Shalomi and other visionaries, this workshop series will explore the potential for reclaiming our elder voice, introduce some of the tools for consciously developing the elder sage within, and options for being of service to future generations.  These sessions will involve lots of interaction, so come prepared to share your elder wisdom.

Schedule A Reclaiming Our Elders Voice Presentation At Your Church, Synagogue, Retirement Center, Club or Organization

    I will be happy to arrange a free Reclaiming Our Elders Voice presentation of between 30 and 90 minutes for your church, synagogue, retirement center, organization or group.

    I will also do in-depth, participatory Reclaiming Our Elders Voice workshops of 6 hours, either as a one day program or three weekly 2 hour sessions, with fees to be worked out with the sponsoring group.
